Shipment Tracking

Welcome to the GLS / Royal Mail Duty Payment Portal

GLS and Royal Mail have partnered to streamline the process of handling VAT and customs duty payments for international deliveries.

GLS, one of Europe’s leading parcel delivery companies, and Royal Mail, the UK’s most recognised postal service, work together to ensure smooth cross-border shipping into the UK.

Our service provides a secure and convenient way for customers to pay any VAT and customs duties (Deliver Duty Unpaid – DDU) that may be required before their parcel can be delivered. This partnership ensures that your shipments are processed quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption. We’re here to make international shipping simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

You should have received an email from ddu-payment.gls-group.com with details about the duty payment required for your parcel delivery. The email includes the amount due and information about the parcel you ordered.

Simply click the link in the email to access your checkout page, where you can securely pay the duty using either a credit/debit card or Open Banking.

Attention: Misuse of the GLS brand for fraud

Internet and email fraud incidents are on the rise. Fraudsters are misusing the GLS name to send fake emails to both individuals and businesses. If you have received or are still receiving any other payment request, do not comply with it under any circumstances. If you have complied with any other payment request, we strongly recommend filing a report with your local police. GLS distances itself from such fraud attempts.
